Drove in front of me on my way home. Looked small. Driver looked bored.
Success?

An exercise in cynicism. I’m sure it’ll pay off for Ford.

It reminds me of the first gen Escape. Not the worst thing, but I didn’t like them then and I don’t like them now. So the association isn't the best.

The first gen Escapes were not fun to drive or interesting but they were practical A-to-B vehicles. The new ones with their more stylized rear are less so.

It’s just another flavor Escape platform (C2) to take on the Jeep Renegade, just existing is mission accomplished.

Yeah, there Bronco Sport almost seems like the most utilitarian C UV out there.

Reminds me of the first generation Land Rover Freelander...

My mom had one, I basically learned to drive in it. Even with little to no experience in other cars I new it was horrible. Didn’t help that her’s was the 4 cylinder.

Yup that’s a crossover.

I had a Mariner with the V6. I can’t imagine how slow the four cylinder must have been given the six was just barely acceptable.

I don’t know why the BS appeals to me so much. I want one more than a regular Bronco

Except that the Renegade competes against the EcoSport, not the Escape. That’s Compass and Cherokee territory.
